It's a Doni Deal

Liverpool have completed the signing of goalkeeper Alexander Doni from AS Roma.

He has signed on the dotted line after agreeing personal terms and passing a medical.

Doni will act as back-up to first-choice 'keeper Pepe Reina and provide much-needed experience in reserve.

This signing looks like spelling the end of the line for Brad Jones, who the Reds will now look to offload following just one season at Anfield.
