It looks like the Reds have reached a compromise with Roma goalkeeper Doni over his wage demands.
Roma have now agreed to pay him £1m to leave and this has cleared the way for him to join us over the weekend.
The 31 year old had turned down a move to anfield previously, stating that he woud have to take a 60% pay cut.
Meanwhile Liverpool reserve keeper Peter Gulacsi has moved to Hull on loan.
