The news that Copenhagen may be willing to offer £2.5m for 31 year old Christian Poulsen is further good news for Liverpool who are now starting to clear out the dead wood as featured in an earlier KopTalkin' story.
With Paul Konchesky sold to Leicester City and the fact that Milan Jovanovic looks to be heading out the door as well huge is a relief to Reds fans.
It is nice to finally see some of the "fringe" players on their way as this will lower the wage bill and free-up space for the quality youngsters we have at the club.
Hopefully the likes of Conor Coady and Raheem Sterling will get a look-in next season. Coady scored in the win over in the Reds first pre-season game and showed enough to prove he is one for the future.
